IG Design FY26 Profit Up, Revenue Down 3%; Backs FY27 View; Declares Dividend; Stock Up

IG Design Group Plc (IGR.L,IGDFF) said on Tuesday that its fiscal 2026 profit rose from last year even while revenues were on the decline, impacted by higher tariffs and lower demand in the UK. The company reaffirmed its outlook for the year ahead and also declared a dividend.

On the LSE, IGR.L is up 4.6 percent on Tuesday's trading at 92.00 pence.

The company, which manufactures gifting products and stationery, posted an annual profit of 5.3 million pounds or 5.5 pence per share, higher than last year's 4.4 million pounds or 4.3 pence per share. On an adjusted basis, profit was 7.3 million pounds or 7.2 pence per share during fiscal 2026, compared to 10.2 million pounds or 10.0 pence per share a year ago.

According to IG Design, pre-tax profit fell to 6.3 million pounds from 9.0 million pounds last year. Adjusted pre-tax profit came in at 8.6 million pounds, compared to 14.9 million pounds in fiscal 2025.

Annual revenues declined to 217.9 million pounds from 225.4 million pounds in the previous year.

The company declared a dividend of 1.0 pence per share for the year. The final dividend will be paid on October 9, 2026, to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on September 4, 2026.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its annual group outlook of 0 percent to 5 percent revenue growth and adjusted operating margins of between 4 percent and 5 percent.
