Auto1 Group Sees Adj. EBITDA Between EUR 250 Mln- EUR 275 Mln In FY26

AUTO1 Group SE (AG1.DE), a digital automotive platform, released its fiscal 2026 outlook on Wednesday, forecasting adjusted EBITDA of between 250 million euros and 275 million euros and total gross profit in the 1.1 billion and 1.2 billion range.

The company expects Retail segment unit sales of 125,000- 135,000 and Merchant segment unit sales of 815,000-865,000, resulting in total units sold of 940,000-1,000,000 for the upcoming year.

Looking ahead, AUTO1 Group expects long-term annual unit growth of 20 percent to 40 percent in its Retail segment, with adjusted EBITDA per unit of 1,450 euros to 2,410 euros. For its Merchant segment, the company is aiming for annual unit growth of 10 percent to 15 percent and adjusted EBITDA per unit of 480 euros to 720 euros.

AUTO1 Group said that it will publish its second-quarter trading update and financial results on July 29, 2026.

On the XETRA Exchange, AG1.DE ended Tuesday's trading at 23.48 euros, down 5.5 percent.
