MoonLake is focused on developing Sonelokimab, an investigational nanobody specific to IL-17A, IL-17F, and albumin, for the treatment of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA).
On Monday, the company reported positive 52-week data from the Phase 3 VELA 1&2 studies of Sonelokimab (SLK) in patients with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa HS.
