The company's shares are currently trading at $42.01 on the Nasdaq, soaring 230.01 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $40.00 and touched an intraday high of $58.00. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $8.94 and $58.00.
In the filing, the company stated that the majority of its shareholders voted in favor of the merger at the August 19 meeting.
