Richtech Board Approves $12 Mln Share Buyback Program; Shares Up

Tuesday, Richtech Robotics Inc. (RR), a Nevada-based AI service robotics company, announced that its Board has approved a $12 million stock repurchase program for its Class B common stock.

The stock repurchase program does not obligate the company to repurchase any specific number of shares, and it may be modified, suspended or terminated at any time by the board of directors without prior notice, the company added.

On the Nasdaq in the pre-market activity, the shares were trading 3.09 percent higher at $1.6700, after closing Monday's trading 4.71 percent down.
