Catheter Precision's LockeT And VIVO Set For Commercial Growth In US And Germany; Stock Down

Catheter Precision Inc. (VTAK), a medical device company, reported on Thursday commercial growth in its LockeT and VIVO product lines through orders via Cardinal Health (CAH) in addition to an expanding U.S. market.

The LockeT is a suture retention device used for wound healing, holding sutures in place during removal of stitches. The device received CE Mark approval in the European Union and is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a sterile Class 1 product.

The VIVO (View Into Ventricular Onset) system is a non-invasive 3D imaging tool used to visualize the origin of ventricular arrythmias and has received clearance in the EU and FDA.

The company received a purchase order via Cardinal, which services over 90% of hospitals in the U.S., and from the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Additionally, the company signed a placement contract for the VIVO system in Germany.

VTAK is currently trading at $0.19, down 9.11%.

CAH is currently trading down 0.85% at $236.46.
