Duluth Holdings Inc. (DLTH), a lifestyle brand, on Thursday revised up its annual adjusted EBITDA outlook and reaffirmed net sales guidance.
For fiscal 2026, the company now expects adjusted EBITDA of $38 million to $42 million, higher than the previous guidance of $28 million to $32 million. Duluth has also reaffirmed annual net sales guidance of $540 million to $560 million.
For fiscal 2025, Duluth had recorded adjusted EBITDA of $24.926 million and net sales of $565.184 million.
DLTH was up by 18.48% at $4.288 in the pre-market trade on the Nasdaq.
