With climate talks reportedly on the brink of collapse at the U.N. summit in Copenhagen, President Barack Obama flew in near the end of the meeting, helping to secure a “meaningful” agreement to listing their national actions and commitments, a finance mechanism, a set mitigation target of two degrees Celsius and to provide information on the implementation of their actions through national communications.
