Two black employees sued Judith Slater, the company's longtime comptroller, for alleged racial harassment, and the cable news network for ignoring their claims of discrimination.In a lawsuit filed Tuesday night in New York state court in the Bronx, Fox payroll employees Tichaona Brown and Tabrese Wright said they were subjected to top-down racial harassment in the payroll department by Slater. Fox later fired Slater.
