Facebook ranks third among the most attractive employers in the U.S. The company has a global workforce of 25,100, boosted its headcount by 47 percent in 2017. Last year, Facebook expanded its bereavement leave policy to allow employees to take up to 20 days off in the event of loss of a family member. The company also offers up to four months of paid parental leave for all new parents.
