TLC reached the top of the singles chart with their smash "Waterfalls" on July 8, 1995.

Written by band member Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez, along with Marqueze Etheridge and the track's producers, Organized Noize, the song was featured on the group's sophomore album, "CrazySexyCool." The LP also included the hits "Creep" and "Diggin' On You."

"Waterfalls" took over number one from Bryan Adams' "Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" After a seven-week reign, the song was replaced at the top by "Kiss From A Rose" by Seal.
