Delphi Financial Group (DFG) announced a registered underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock after the close Monday. Delphi Financial Group gapped open sharply lower Tuesday, but traded in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed down by $2.39 at $20.89 on the highest volume of the year. Shares finished at a 3 1/2 week low.
