Bearclaw Capital Corp. (BRL.V) said it sold 490 thousand common shares in Weststar Resources (WER.V) for total proceeds of C$458.45 thousand. Bearclaw acquired these shares over the past three years following an option it granted Weststar in 2005, by which Weststar acquired an interest in Bearclaw's Axe property in British Columbia.
