Ancestry.com Prices IPO At $13.50/share - Quick Facts

Ancestry.com Inc., an online resource for family history, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7.41 million shares of common stock at $13.50 per share. Recently, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that it anticipates pricing the offering to be between $12.50 and $14.50 per share.

Ancestry.com said its common stock will commence trading on November 5, 2009 on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "ACOM."

Of the total shares offered, the company said it is selling total of 4.07 million shares and a total of 3.33 million shares are being offered by selling stockholders.

Ancestry.com said it has it granted underwriters the right up to 30 days to buy up to an additional 611,112 shares and the selling stockholders have granted the right to purchase up to an additional 499,999 shares to cover over-allotments.

The offering was led by Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch. Jefferies and Company, Piper Jaffray, and BMO Capital Markets served as co-managers.
