Fushi Copperweld, Inc., (FSIN) announced that it has appointed Beihong "Linda" Zhang as the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Wenbing "Christopher" Wang, effective immediately. Zhang will be responsible for all aspects of the company's finance function
Wang, who served as the company's chief financial officer since December 2005, will continue to serve as the company's president and a member of the board.
