The company expects to report fourth quarter EPS of $0.66 to $0.68 and full year 2009 EPS of $2.27 to $2.29. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.60 and $2.30 respectively.
Cooper Companies gapped down Thursday and has fallen steadily on above average volume. Shares are now lower by 2.50 at $24.17. The stock has been declining for the last week and a half and has set nearly a 2-month low.
