Tuesday, Garda World Security Corp. (GW.TO) said its second-quarter net income was C$4.0 million or C$0.13 per share compared with a net loss of C$1.2 million or C$0.04 per share in the prior-year period.
Revenues from continuing operations for the quarter rose to C$273 million from C$268.9 million in the year-ago period.
