Brightpoint Inc. (CELL) announced the formation of a Strategy Committee of its Board to maintain a cooperative, interactive strategic planning process with executive management, including the identification and setting of strategic goals and expectations and the review of potential acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
Brightpoint noted that the Strategy Committee is currently comprised of Kari-Pekka Wilska, as Chairperson and Tom Ridge and Robert Laikin as members.
