Bellway PLC (BWY.L) announced the appointment of John Cuthbert as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2009.
Cuthbert is currently Managing Director of Northumbrian Water Group plc, and has worked in the water industry since 1991. He is also a director of Northumbrian Water Limited and Northumbrian Water Finance plc. He was formerly Managing Director of North East Water plc and Managing Director of Essex and Suffolk Water plc.
