Brunswick Corp. (BC) announced that it has named Andrew Graves, president of Brunswick Boat Group. The company said that Graves had recently served as president at US Marine and Outboard Boats for Brunswick.
Graves will also have the responsibility for the operations of Sea Ray and Meridian, the company said.
The company stated that Graves was recently the president of US Marine and Outboard Boats, a position he accepted in 2008, and he joined Brunswick in 2005, originally as President of Freshwater Group.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Graves was President of the Dresser Flow Solutions business of Dresser, Inc., and from 2001 to 2003, he was president and chief operating officer for Federal Signal Corporation. Prior to 2001, Graves held positions of increasing responsibility with CNH Global, N.V., and FMC Corporation, the company noted.
