Conley Rose, P.C. said Cameron International Corp (CAM) settled its defense of a dispute with Safoco, Inc. for undisclosed terms. Safoco had been asserting infringement of three Safoco patents that cover gate valve actuators for the oil and gas industry.
The settlement was completed the week before the jury trial was set to begin before the Honorable Judge Sim Lake in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston.
Cameron was represented by lead attorney D. Mitchell McFarland, Jeff Weems, and Thad Jenks of Harrison, Bettis, Staff, McFarland, & Weems, L.L.P. and by Charles Rogers, David Rose, and Collin Rose of Conley Rose, P.C.
