Regency Centers Q3 Recurring FFO Down - Quick Facts

Friday, Regency Centers Corp. (REG) said its third-quarter recurring funds from operations or FFO declined to $55.9 million or $0.69 per share from $57.7 million and $0.82 per share in the prior year period.

Regency reported a negative funds from operations for the quarter of $46.4 million or $0.58 per share. Funds from operations for the same period in 2008 was $83.6 million and $1.19 per diluted share.

Net loss attributable to common stockholders for the quarter was $84.1 million, or $1.05 per share, compared with a net income of $43.9 million and $0.63 per share for the same period in 2008.

The board of directors have declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.4625 per share, payable on December 2, 2009 to shareholders of record on November 18, 2009.
