Triumph Group, Inc. (TGI) announced that it intends to offer up to $175 million of senior subordinated notes due 2017. The company intends to use offering net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The company said that the notes will be issued by it and guaranteed on a senior subordinated basis by each of the its domestic restricted subsidiaries.
