Adventis Group plc (ATG.L) said it conditionally raised about £0.825 million via placing of 4.35 million new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each at a price of 19 pence per share. The company intends that the net proceeds of the placing will be used to provide with the resources to pursue its growth plans. The placing shares have been conditionally placed by Arbuthnot Securities Ltd. with Baronsmead AIM VCT plc, the company stated.
Pursuant to the terms of the placing agreement, Arbuthnot, as agent for Adventis, has agreed to effect the placing of the placing shares. The company added that the placing is not underwritten.
