Home Inns & Hotels Management Inc. (HMIN) announced financial results for the third quarter, posting net income attributable to shareholders of RMB 86.7 million or RMB 0.99 per share, compared to RMB 29.5 million or RMB 0.40 per share in last year period. Earnings per ADS for the quarter was RMB 1.98.

Adjusted net income attributable to shareholders for the third quarter was RMB 90.2 million or RMB 1.07 per share, compared to RMB 38.4 million or RMB 0.51 per share in last year period. Adjusted earnings per ADS for the quarter was RMB 2.15 per share.

Net revenues for the quarter increased to RMB 683.6 million, compared to RMB 496.2 million in the previous year period.

Looking forward, for the fourth quarter, Home Inns expects total revenues in the range of RMB 675 million to RMB 695 million.

Home Inns now expects its total revenues for the full year of 2009 to grow between 37%-39% over 2008, compared to its previous forecast in the range of 33%-35%.
