easyJet Plc (EZJ.L) announced its results for the year ended 30 September 2009. Profit before taxation dropped to £54.7 million from £110.2 million in the previous year.
Profit for the year was £71.2 million, compared to £83.2 million a year ago. Earnings per share were 16.6 pence, down from last year's 19.4 pence.
Total revenue for the year was £2.67 billion, up from £2.36 billion in the prior year.
