The Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffet are teaming up for a new episode of CMT Crossroads set to premiere in March.
With Buffet hits such as "Margaritaville" and Brown's hit "Toes" being of a similar style, the pairing seems to be a well-suited match.
CMT Crossroads: Jimmy Buffet and Zac Brown Band will be taped before an invitation-only audience next month in Nashville. The show is known for pairing country artists with musicians from other genres, showing the far-reaching roots of country music.
Buffet is slated to release his 28th album, Buffet Hotel, on December 8.
The Zac Brown Band's major label debut album, The Foundation, produced three Billboard number one hits, including "Chicken Fried," "Toes" and "Whatever It Is."
