Friday, the Statistics Portugal announced that the consumer confidence indicator stood at minus 27.4 in November, down from minus 27 in October. The consumer confidence was minus 37.5 a year ago.
The confidence indicator on manufacturing increased to minus 17.7 in November from minus 18.6 in October. At the same time, the service sector confidence dropped to minus 8 from minus 4.7 in October, while the trade confidence stable at minus 10.6.
Meanwhile, the economic sentiment indicator stood at minus 0.4 in November, same as in the previous month.
