Infoserve Group Plc. (INFS.L) announced its half-year results for the six-month period to 30 September 2009. Loss was GBP 195 thousand, compared to a loss of 609 thousand, as restated, in the prior year period. The loss per share was 1.02p, compared to 3.19p, as restated, last year. Turnover for period increased 12% to GBP 2.95 million, from restated turnover of GBP 2.64 million in the same period in 2008.
The company said that its board is not recommending a dividend, as all funds are required for the development of the business.
