Hank Williams Jr. is headlining NASCAR's Sprint Sound & Speed Presented by SunTrust next month. The event is set to take place on January 8 and 9 in Nashville. Williams will take to the Ryman stage at the Grand Ole Opry on January 8. Chris Young will also perform. There will also be an appearance by Kyle Petty and his band.
On January 9, there will be an event at Nashville's Municipal Auditorium, with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Tony Stewart, among other NASCAR stars. Jason Michael Carroll, Josh Turner and members of Diamond Rio will also appear.
This is the fifth year for the concert series, which has attracted 40,000 fans each year and has raised more than $800,000 for a charity called Victory Junction.
