Tuesday, Parmenter Realty Partners, a provider of real estate investment and management, appointed Catherine Rice as Managing Principal and Partner of the firm. Rice served as the Chief Financial Officer of iStar Financial Inc. (SFI) from 2002 to 2009.
Prior to joining iStar, Rice was a Managing Director in both the financial sponsors group and the real estate investment banking group of Banc of America Securities. Previously, Rice was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where she was responsible for the firm's West Coast real estate investment banking effort. She spent the first ten years of her career at Merrill Lynch in its real estate investment banking group. Rice has over 25 years of experience in the public and private capital markets.
