Topps Tiles Plc (TPT.L) said its UK revenues rose 2.2% on a like-for-like basis in the first 7 weeks of the new financial period. Also, the company noted that the sales for the first 14 weeks of the year increased 3.9%, and like-for-like revenues up 5.5%.
Further, the company announced the completion of its accelerated bookbuild placing on 24 November 2009, raising gross proceeds of around £15.4 million.
The company, following its announcement of 18 December 2009, have withdrawn any further support and funding from the loss making Dutch business.
