Tuesday, Zscaler Inc. announced that Craig Hicks-Frazer, a seasoned executive, is appointed as vice president of service providers. In this role, Hicks-Frazer will lead the initiative to expand Zscaler's early traction with dozens of service providers and build a strong business for this market segment.
Most recently, Hicks-Frazer was the vice president of service providers at Blue Coat Systems Inc. (BCSI) where he was instrumental in starting this vertical market and growing it to a significant revenue base. He began his tenure there in 2001 as the managing director of the UK and developed a solid community of partners from the ground up. Prior to that, he held several roles of increasing responsibility at a variety of organizations including Alcatel and Cabletron Systems.
