International Game Technology (IGT) announced that it has appointed Gideon Bierer as executive vice president, new media. The company said that Bierer will lead the strategic effort for IGT's new media division.
Bierer comes from MTV Networks where, since 2005, he served as executive vice president of international digital media, responsible for all online and mobile businesses, the company stated. The company noted that Bierer also served as MTVN's senior vice president of international strategy and business development.
