InterMune Inc. (ITMN) announced that it has priced underwritten public offering of 7 million common shares at $14.10 per share. The company expects to close the offering on or about January 26, 2010.
InterMune granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1,050,000 common shares. InterMune anticipates aggregate offering net proceeds to be $92.8 million.
