Google Inc. (GOOG) reported fourth quarter EPS of $6.79 after the close Thursday, up from the $5.10 reported last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $6.50. Google Inc. gapped open lower Friday and declined during the first 45 minutes of trade. The stock fell further in the final hour of the afternoon and finished down by $32.97 at $550.01 on above average volume. Google has been pulling back from the highs of the year for the past 2 1/2 weeks and closed at its lowest level since early November.
