Developers Diversified Realty Corp. (DDR) Tuesday said that William Schafer and the company have mutually agreed that Schafer would conclude his employment effective February 15, 2010. The company also said it would appoint David Oakes as interim chief financial officer. Effective February 15, 2010 David Oakes would serve as interim chief financial officer in addition to his regular duties as senior executive vice president of finance & chief investment officer.
