Eastman Kodak Co. (EK) reported fourth quarter income from continuing operations of $1.36 per share Thursday morning, compared to the loss of $3.40 per share last year. Eastman Kodak gapped open higher Thursday and climbed above the session's narrow range late in the afternoon. The stock closed up by $0.81 at $5.56 on the highest volume of the year. Kodak broke out to a 4-month high.
