Coventry Health Care, Inc. (CVH) said Monday that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Preferred Health Systems, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Via Christi Health System, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Coventry Health expects the acquisition to be neutral to earnings for 2010.
