Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Tuesday said it appointed Frank Dellaquila as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Dellaquila succeeds Walter Galvin, vice chairman and chief financial officer, who has served as chief financial officer for 17 years. Galvin would remain as vice chairman, and Dellaquila would join the Office of the Chief Executive and report to David Farr, chairman, chief executive officer and president.
