Dover Corp. (DOV) Monday said its Industrial Products segment has formed the Environmental Solutions Group. The newly formed ESG combines three companies within Industrial Products' current business portfolio - Heil Environmental, Marathon Equipment Company and Bayne Machine Works. Dover's Environmental Solutions Group will be headquartered in Chattanooga.
The company also said that Patrick Carroll would lead the Environmental Solutions Group as President effective immediately. Prior to the new role, Carroll most recently held the position of President of DE-STA-CO.
