Electronic Arts Inc. (ERTS) reported third quarter EPS of $0.33 after the bell Monday, down from $0.56 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.31. Revenues fell to $1.24 billion, from $1.65 billion last year. The stock is now down 1.27 on 1.2 million shares.
Electronic Arts climbed during the first 45 minutes of trade Monday, before settling into a range. Shares finished up by 0.23 at $17.49. The stock rose above a range and closed at over a 3-week high.
