The New Zealand dollar that slumped to a 4-day low of 0.6978 against the US dollar and 62.74 against the Japanese yen in early Asian trading on Tuesday recouped some of its losses shortly. The kiwi inched higher to 0.6995 against the greenback and 62.99 against the yen around 10:10 pm ET. The New Zealand dollar also edged slightly higher to 1.9499 against the euro at this time from previous low of 1.9535 hit an hour ago.
