MCB Finance Group plc (MCRB.L) reported full-year 2009 proforma net loss of EUR 1.06 million or EUR 0.0598 per share, compared to profit of EUR 405 thousand or EUR 0.0074 per share last year.
Proforma pre-tax loss was EUR 634 thousand, compared to pre-tax profit of EUR 487 thousand in the prior year.
The company noted that the proforma figures exclude non-cash reserves arising on employee share options.
Revenue grew to EUR 15.67 million from EUR 13.06 million a year ago.
