Paul McCartney was in attendance this past Monday night at the Audio Bar in Brighton, England, as his son James took to the stage in front of approximately 60 people. McCartney spent time dancing and singing along to the entire set, according to the Sun. He was joined by his girlfriend Nancy Shevell.

McCartney reportedly shot parts of the performance with his video camera, and sang along to the song "Glisten," one of his son's original numbers.

James dedicated two songs from his set to his father. One of the tunes is aptly titled "I Love You Dad." When James sang "I love you Dad, more than you can know," in the song's final lines, Paul responded by yelling "I love you too" to his son.
