Citigroup upgraded its rating on shares of Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) Monday morning from a "Hold" to a "Buy."Wal-Mart Stores gapped open higher Monday and climbed steadily until around the middle of the morning. The stock traded in a range for the remainder of the day and closed higher by $1.52 at $55.42 on above average volume. Wal-Mart broke out of a 4-month range and set a new high for the year.
