Monday, Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. (PBH) appointed Timothy Connors as Chief Marketing Officer. Connors joins the company from Matrixx Initiatives, a consumer products marketer of OTC products. At Matrixx, he served as Vice President, Marketing and prior to that, as Director, Sales and Marketing.
Connors joins Prestige with a strong background in both marketing and sales for larger consumer products companies such as Nestle, Clorox and Benckiser, as well as key leadership positions for smaller organizations such as The Emerson Group and Matrixx.
Prestige Brands Holdings Inc., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the marketing, sale, and distribution of over-the-counter healthcare, household cleaning, and personal care products primarily in the United States and Canada. The company's Over-The-Counter Healthcare segment offers treatments for sore throat relief, eye redness relief, wart removal, bruxism, oral care, pediatric healthcare, personal ear care, liquid bandages, and pain relief sprays.
