McDonald's Corp. (MCD) announced August global comparable sales growth of 4.9% Thursday morning.

McDonald's Corp. gapped open sharply lower Thursday and has continued to decline on above average volume. The stock is now down 2.36 at $73.72. McDonald's is pulling back from the highs of the year and has fallen to a one-week low.
