Perficient, Inc. (PRFT) Tuesday said that Jack McDonald has resigned as Chairman of the Board to pursue other opportunities. McDonald served as CEO of Perficient from 1999 to 2009 and as the company's Chairman since 2001. The company stated that he will remain as a consultant through year-end.
Jeffrey Davis, Perficient's chief executive officer and president said " Perficient appreciates Jack's many years of service and wishes him the best in his future endeavors. We expect to announce the appointment of additional directors to the board in the next few weeks and the election of a new chairman in 2011."
