Argentine shopping center sales jumped a seasonally adjusted 27.2% from a year earlier in January, the national statistical agency INDEC said on Thursday.

This was slower than the 39.5% rise in December but quicker than the 25.9% growth in the same period a year earlier.

On a monthly basis, however, shopping center sales slumped 8.8% last month, partly reversing the 12.2% growth in December.
